Stacy Lubin
Project Manager, Environment & Operations
Stacy is a native St. Lucian, with 20 years’ experience in environmental management, planning, policy development and project implementation. She got her start with the Government of St. Lucia, and from 2005 has served in various roles in her field in the public sector in The Bahamas. Specifically, she has served as a an environmental policy officer with the Bahamian government. Additional roles included project manager for conservation projects through GEF, UNEP and CBD, and compliance and monitoring agent for multimillion-dollar development projects. Prior to joining Sterling , Stacy entered the private sector on the development team of the Baha Mar Development Project.
Stacy obtained her BSc. (Hons) in Marine Biology and Coastal Ecology from the University of Plymouth (UK), and her MSc. in Sustainable Environmental Management from the University of Middlesex (UK).
