Adam joined Sterling in 2019 and brings over 20 years of experience to Sterling as Executive Vice President & Managing Director, and Co-Head of the United States. Prior to joining Sterling, he was Vice President & Senior Director, Equities at one of Canada’s largest privately held real estate companies. Prior to that, Adam was Senior Managing Director, Capital Markets & Investment Services, with Colliers International where he was responsible leading their Capital Markets platform on a national level. He has also been involved in the marketing and sale of over $1.5 Billion of institutional commercial real estate. He has lived and worked in Toronto, New York and Florida. Adam is a graduate of both Florida State University and Lynn University in Florida where he played intercollegiate basketball.
