Sterling announces appointment of Ross Brennan as NPIF Managing Director Tuesday, September 1, 2015 Sterling Financial Group Inc., the fund manager for the New Providence Income Fund Ltd (“the Fund”), is pleased to announce the appointment of Ross Brennan as Managing Director of the Fund. In this capacity, Mr. Brennan will be responsible for all facets of managing the Mortgage Fund, including origination, operations and funding, along with David Kosoy, Chairman, and Steve Tiller, President. The Fund’s objective is to offer investors an investment strategy that delivers consistent returns with enhanced protection of investment principal. Its aim is to achieve overall returns of between 10 to 15% per annum after management compensation and operating expenses. Mr. Brennan has 35 years of real estate lending experience covering all forms of lending: term mortgages (CMBS), operating facilities, bridge, construction and mezzanine loans, and large scale land development facilities. In addition to having started three CMBS lending platforms, Mr. Brennan has broad experience in building and managing real estate lending platforms, having managed the real estate debt portfolios of: TD Bank’s corporate banking group ($1.5 Billion), GE Capital’s Canadian portfolio ($3 Billion) and the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec’s portfolio ($12 billion). “We are extremely pleased to welcome Ross to our team”, stated David Kosoy, Chairman of Sterling Financial Group Inc.,  “His experience and expertise will allow us to achieve the next chapter of profitable growth for our investors”.
